Pros and Cons
Here, we’ll discover what both the positive and negative aspects of Kane are.
So naturally you want to find out if Kane lives up to their claims. Right?
Pros
- Kane provides zinc, which enhances your testosterone and immunity
- It contains green tea extract which helps you burn fat
- Ashwagandha can increase your libido and help you control stress
Cons
- It neglects some important ingredients
- Tribulus doesn’t increase testosterone
- The dose is too small at only two servings per day
- It’s incredibly expensive
Ingredients
Kane doesn’t contain any proprietary blends and they’ve comprehensively listed the ingredients. There are some good ingredients here.
However, it doesn’t include any aromatase inhibitors which would help block oestrogen.
Vitamin D3
High levels of vitamin D may both increase your testosterone levels and improve sperm quality.
Your skin produces vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Many people don’t get enough sunlight, which may cause a deficiency.
There’s a strong relationship between low testosterone and vitamin D deficiency, research has shown. Correspondingly, a clinical trial demonstrated that participants who spent more time in the sun experienced higher vitamin D levels and, consequently, increased levels of testosterone.
Accordingly, you should get more sun to increase your vitamin D. You should also eat more foods such as oily fish and eggs.
Supplements work too, making Vitamin D a useful ingredient in Kane.
Zinc
Zinc is particularly important for healthy testosterone levels.
You use zinc in your brain’s chemical reactions. These reactions produce Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which subsequently converts to testosterone. The higher your levels of LH, the more testosterone your body will produce.
Ideally, a testosterone booster should have least 10 mg of zinc. Power of Kane contains a pleasing 25mg per serving.
Tribulus Terrestris Extract
Several clinical trials determined that Tribulus Terrestris may increase testosterone in animals but showed no evidence that it does the same for humans.
Tribulus is marketed as a testosterone-boosting herb but it doesn’t appear to do this. It may enhance your libido, but its testosterone-boosting qualities remain dubious.
Ashwagandha Root Extract
Ashwagandha acts as an adaptogen. This means that it strengthens your response to stress and anxiety.
One study tested its benefits on sperm quality in infertile men, who received five grams per day for three months.
They experienced an increase in testosterone of 10-22% over the period. Also, 14% of participants made their partners pregnant.
The fact that ashwagandha reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) could help increase your testosterone.
Further research showed that ashwagandha also increases exercise performance, strength, and fat loss.
Fenugreek Seed Extract
Fenugreek helps increase your testosterone by creating the right hormonal environment. It helps to control your blood sugar and insulin levels.
High insulin can decrease your testosterone levels. This is known as homeostasis.
If you have more of one hormone, consequently you have less of another. In homeostasis, the higher your insulin, the lower your testosterone will be.
Research also suggests that fenugreek reduces the enzymes that convert testosterone into oestrogen.
A clinical study took place in which 30 participants performed resistance training four times weekly. Half the participants received 500 mg of fenugreek per day. The other half received no fenugreek.
The group that took fenugreek increased their levels of both free and total testosterone. The other group experienced a slight decrease in testosterone. Additionally, the fenugreek group lost more fat and gained more strength.
For this reason, fenugreek is definitely a worthwhile inclusion in Kane.
Epigallocatechin Gallate
Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), found in green tea, is included in this supplement for its fat-burning, rather than its testosterone-boosting properties.
According to research, green tea can increase your fat-burning by ramping up your metabolic rate.
Green tea extract was shown, in one study, to increase calorie burning by 4%. It also increased oxidation of fat by 17%.
The caffeine in green tea also helps fat-burning by releasing fatty acids from your fat tissue. This allows fatty acids to be used for energy.
Tongkat Ali Extract
Tongkat Ali, also known as Eurycoma Longifolia, is popularly believed to increase your testosterone.
Even though research has shown that it increases testosterone in rats, no studies have demonstrated an equivalent increase in humans.
It can enhance your libido, however, but hasn’t been shown, as yet, to increase your testosterone levels.
Side-Effects of Power of Kane
Some of the herbal extracts in Power of Kane can potentially put a lot of strain on your liver and kidneys.
Kane’s website states:
“KANE™ is intended for use by healthy men 18 years and older. DO NOT use KANE™ if you have or have had liver and kidney issues.
As with any strong herbal supplement regimen, make sure to drink lots of water to help your liver support the natural detoxification process and processing of the additional herbal weight.”
Most of the ingredients in Kane, however, are thoroughly researched and won’t cause any side effects.

How to Take Power of Kane
The manufacturer advises that you take three capsules twice a day with plenty of water.
Price
Kane costs $85 (about £65.20) for a bottle.
This provides 150 capsules, the equivalent of 25 days’ supply.
Is Power of Kane Good Value for Money?
At an eye-watering $85 for less than a month’s supply, we can’t say that Power of Kane represents good value.
Conclusion
Most of the ingredients in Kane are strong, even though Tribulus does little other than enhance your libido.
Mostly though, they are tried and trusted testosterone-enhancers.
Despite vitamin D being a first-class ingredient, Kane doesn’t contain enough. If you follow the recommended servings, you’ll get only get 2000IU per day, when you need at least 3,332IU per day.
Another plus is the absence of proprietary blends so you can see exactly what you’re taking.
They’ve included no oestrogen blockers, though.
Kane should work because it has some great ingredients. However, it’s extremely expensive.
There are cheaper, more effective testosterone boosters on the market that provide better servings.
