Blue Star Nutraceuticals GH Peak Review
Our Blue Star Nutraceuticals GH Peak Review will be analyzing the hell out of a testosterone booster supplement. It has been said to help your muscles grow by boosting your testosterone levels.
The product is actually fairly expensive for a testosterone booster supplement, but we’ll cover that later. Blue Star Nutraceuticals, the company that produces the GH Peak, is one that is pretty well-known in the supplement market.
They are very proud about the quality of ingredients that they use. Of course, because the ingredients are such high-quality, one could expect the price to be quite jacked.
We’ll see pretty soon whether or not those fancy ingredients are actually worth shit.

How does GH Peak work?
The price tag on this testosterone booster left me with a lot of high-expectations. Sucks to suck, but it let me down pretty fast. Blue Star Nutraceutical committed one of the gravest sins that a supplement company can make.
The GH Peak has a proprietary blend. If you’re not new to supplements, then you would know that this is a very bad thing. It’s a way for companies to hide the effectiveness of the ingredients used inside of the formula.
How does it do this, you might ask? Well, if ingredients are inside of a proprietary blend, that means we have no way of checking how much of the ingredient is actually inside of the GH Peak solution.
We’ll still be able to sniff out the ingredients themselves, and get you as accurate an analysis on the product as possible. The ingredient is known to not only increase the amount of growth hormones inside of the body, but also help you get the sleep that you need.
GH Peak Ingredients
Arginine Pyroglutamate
The ingredient is made out of Arginine, which is a molecule inside of the body that has been said to increase the production of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps ease the flow of blood inside of your body. Research has shown that it is efficient, for people who are arginine deficient, at doses of around 3-6 grams.
GH Peak only has 1 gram of the ingredient inside of it, which is not nearly enough. Not only that, but supplementation of Arginine has not been proven effective for healthy individuals.
L-Lysine
This ingredient is said to work together with the aforementioned ingredient. However, much like the previous, there is no proof to back this claim.
Ashwagandha
Although Ashwagandha has been said to be efficient at lowering cholesterol levels, it has not proven to be a good enough t-booster ingredient. Once again, we were short-changed by Blue Star Nutraceuticals, who didn’t provide enough of it to be effective. Research has proven it to only work with at least 300mg.
5-HTP (5-Hydroxy-L-Trytophan)
This is an amino acid that’s meant to help improve the quality of sleep. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough proof to back this claim.
Melatonin
This is an ingredient that is proven to help with sleep. Blue Star Nutraceuticals did a fairly good job dosing this ingredient as well, giving it the proper 5 grams.
Fumarate
This is the problem kid of the bunch, the one that will surely pull you straight to hell. Outside of it not being known to be very effective at raising testosterone, it’s also been known to cause some pretty gnarly side-effects.
Black Pepper Extract
This is one of those staple ingredients, one that is mean to help the ingredients absorb better. This in turn, will bring you stronger and faster benefits.
Astragin
This is basically black pepper’s forgotten cousin. It’s meant to improve absorption, but even that it doesn’t do very well. At this point, all it’s doing is wasting precious space. Space that could have been used for better ingredients.
Buy GH Peak
Price: $89.99
Gotta say. I expected to be wow-ed by this ingredient. Especially for the price it’s asking. Blue Star Nutraceuticals expect us to pay 89.99 US Dollars, per month for a one GH Peak Container. Each includes 120 capsules, meant to be taken at least four times a day.
One could argue that the ingredients are supposedly premium ingredients. However, that doesn’t really count for shit if they’re underdosed an ineffective.
Side Effects of GH Peak
Although the ingredients inside of GH Peak are mostly safe, there are a couple of problem ingredients that you’d want to be wary of. Unfortunately, both ingredients are inside of the proprietary blend. Which means, that we don’t know how harmful they will be.
- Fumarate has been said to cause constipation, diarrhea, and nausea.
- Whilst both Fumarate and Black Pepper might cause stomach cramps.
GH Peak Review Results and Expected Effects
If you have purchased the supplement, well we’d suggesting chucking it into a river of fire. That’s as much fun you’ll get out of it. Most of the ingredients are ineffective when it comes to boosting testosterone.
The only good ingredient inside of it is melatonin, which is meant to better sleep, not your workouts. Rather than a testosterone booster, this would have been more effective as a sleeping supplement.
Blue Star Narceuticals could have chosen better ingredients, ones that have actually been proven to boost testosterone. We’d rather cut our arms and legs off, than spend $89 dollars for this useless pill.
