How does the Assault Labs Sergeant Steel work?

Let’s start off with how this supplement is meant to work. As mentioned, the Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is a testosterone booster. As such, we can expect benefits involving the boost of one’s testosterone levels.

Assault Labs claims to be able to induce these effects through 16 all-natural ingredients. That’s a lot of ingredients. One can say that a lot would be a good thing, but in this case, it definitely isn’t. We value quality over quantity over here at Supplement Devil, it would be much better to have a couple well-dosed ingredients, over 16 under-dosed ingredients.

That’s one sin down. Now, a couple of other things to note. The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is meant to be taken over 5 times a day. We usually recommend at least 3-4, so this isn’t so bad. If you’re the type to be alright with consuming 5 capsules throughout the day, then this isn’t such a bad thing.

The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is also proprietary blend free. That means, that we will be able to give you an honest analysis of every ingredient inside of this formula.

So far, it looks like the sins are repentable. However, the next part is what really matters. Let’s look into the ingredients themselves.

Assault Labs Sergeant Steel Ingredients

Assault Labs Sergeant Steel Review

Fenugreek Seeds

This is actually a fairly good ingredient to have. Studies are a bit shaky, with some seeing more benefits than not. However, it has proven to show some effect in regards to enhancing testosterone. It should be noted that the Fenugreek in the Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is underdosed. 500-600mg is optimal not the 250mg inside of the formula.

Boron

This is an ingredient that is also a little shaky when it comes to studies. It has not been proven 100% effective as far as boosting testosterone. However, even in the studies that have seen it take some effect the doses were a lot higher than what the Assault Labs Sergeant Steel has.

Longjack

Although this is an ingredient that we see in a lot of testosterone boosters, it hasn’t shown to be very effective in actually boosting testosterone. It’s a shit testosterone booster, but it has proven some success when it comes to waking up the little guy downstairs.

Ashwagandha

This is an ingredient that has proven to boost testosterone at least 17% when taken in proper doses. Studies have shown it to be most effective when taken in doses of 600mg, which once again, the Assault Labs Sergeant Steel does not have.

Other ingredients:

Other ingredients inside of this formula that are effective but underdosed include DAA, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3. The Assault labs Sergeant Steel also includes Velvet bean, Primavie, Nettle Root, Abieta, Maca Root and Tribulus Terrestris.

Buy Assault Labs Sergeant Steel

The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel can be purchased at around 49.95 US Dollars. That’s pretty expensive for a testosterone booster supplement. Especially with the recommended dose of around 5 capsules per day, you can expect to use up the 60 capsules per container in about 12 days.

Side Effects of Assault Labs Sergeant Steel

There are a couple of troublesome ingredients inside of this supplement. Like:

  • Tribulus Terrestris has been known to cause nausea and stomach pain.
  • Boron has also been known to cause vomiting and diarrhea.

Assault Labs Sergeant Steel Review Results and Expected Effects

The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is not the worst product, but neither is it a good one. There are many things that could have been changed to make this better. For example, because of Assault Labs insistence of stuffing this supplement with tons of ingredients- it ended up being pretty shitty.

What that means is a lot of the ingredients that actually work, well they were all under-dosed. Most ingredients are only known to show significant effects when taken at the optimal dose. As such, we can pretty much count all of those ingredients as ineffective.

Honestly, there’s not much good that could be said about this. The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is a sinner of a supplement. It made too many mistakes and it definitely deserves to be tossed into the river of fire.

Not only that, but the recommended dose is FIVE pills per day. Now, with the scant amount of capsules we get per container, this can cost you about 50 bucks every two weeks. That’s 50 bucks for a supplement that does fuck all.

There are so much better supplements out there, we advise- that you stay as far away from this one as you can.

Assault Labs Sergeant Steel Review

The Assault Labs Sergeant Steel is a pretty bad testosterone booster. The ingredients are all under-dosed and it's much too expensive for its actual level of effectiveness.
