Phat Lab Teases the Formula For Its First Ever Supplement
Nowadays, it seems like a new supplement brand is always bursting onto the scene in what has long been a very competitive market. But one brand that has been in eagerly anticipated for some time now is Phat Lab.
First talked about in May 2019, Phat Lab has represented itself as a unique brand that is attempting to stand out from the crowd with its uniquely designed G-Crak energy drink.
In more recent times, Phat Lab has teased the formula for their first-ever supplement – a powder-based product also of the same name. In the following article, we’ll share the details of what we know ahead of the release of Phat Lab G-Crak in July.
Phat Lab G-Crak – What’s it all about?
As we mentioned earlier, G-Crak is an energy drink due for release imminently. But with many consumers preferring to use a powder-based supplement to get a boost of energy, it’s easy to see why the brand decided to release a supplement form alongside their energy drink.
With 25 servings per container, each serving amounts to a rather precise 3621.50 mg blend known as the ‘Snitches are B*itches mix’. The bad news is that all ingredients used in the supplement are comprised of a proprietary blend. But at least they listed the caffeine dose, which is a strong 300 mg.
Caffeine is most definitely one of the most effective ingredients when it comes to boosting your energy. So, if you feel that you need a boost before taking on an intense workout or are perhaps struggling to concentrate on a demanding task, caffeine can provide you with the kick you need.
In terms of the other ingredients contained within the supplement, you’ll find such things as taurine, tyrosine, acetyl-l-carnitine, and BioPerine black pepper, among others.
The latter ingredient is arguably one of the most useful, with its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutrients in a supplement (1). You can check out the full list of ingredients by taking a look at the supplement facts label below.
Final Thoughts
Given that G-Crak has a hefty 300 mg of caffeine per serving, you’ll have to watch your overall intake throughout the day if you’re sensitive to this substance. But we know that won’t be an easy task, with a recent study (2) confirming that 85% of American adults consume caffeine daily (with many of them bound to be consuming a hell of a lot each day).
Usually, we’d recommend sticking to 150-200 mg of caffeine per serving. But if you think you can handle such dosage and would like to boost your energy and focus, this particular supplement might just fit the bill!
If you are interested in this product, then we’re afraid you’ll have to wait until Tuesday 7th July to get your hands on it. Until then, be sure to keep an eye out for further updates!
