This was reiterated in a more recent study, which found that the herb could alleviate symptoms of stress. A study from 2007 also found that Rhodiola Rosea can treat mild to moderate depression.

However, the optimal dose for improving symptoms of stress is thought to be at least 400 mg, so 200 mg may be insufficient.

Ashwagandha (200 mg)

This ancient medicinal herb has been used for centuries for its health benefits. Amongst boosting brain function and reducing blood sugar, ashwagandha has also been proven to lower stress levels and fight anxiety symptoms. In a 2015 study, it was proven that the herb could help with anxiety disorders, stress, and sleep disturbances. Similar results were found in a double-blind placebo-controlled study that was published in 2012.

Again, the dosage is a problem. Ashwagandha studies tend to use at least 300 mg before noticing any benefits in participants.
