Sidewalk Kraka Review
Pre Workout supplements are as plentiful as the souls trapped inside the river of Styx- hands breaking through the surface of the water to make a grab at the new souls that travelled it. Poetic? Yes, but also shitty. Today we will be going through our Sidewalk Kraka Review, analyzing the supplement to figure out just how effective it would be.
The company that produces the supplement goes by the name Iron Addicts, and it is a product that is meant to help you boost your pumps, endurance, and mental focus- allowing you to build muscle and lose fat.

How does Sidewalk Kraka work?
One of the best things about the Sidewalk Kraka supplement is that it explicitly states all the ingredients inside of it. None of the ingredients are in proprietary blends, which is a good sign of fortune. However, whether this flowery road will continue- or lead us straight to hell, is another question altogether.
Sidewalk Kraka Ingredients
Beta Alanine
Ever experienced a skin tingling after a pre workout? Or burning skin? Like it’s being licked by the fires of hell? Well this ingredient, that also helps with pump and performance, is the cause of this. At 3.2g, you’re going to be setting yourself up for some skin tearing workouts. There are better alternatives.
Choline Bitartrate
Remember that metaphor about the River of Styx, and how desperate the souls that swim in it are? Well, now imagine that river being filled with fish- lots and lots of fish. Supplementing Choline is the same as jumping into that river, and swimming in it for hours.
All you’ll get is fish-breath and fish-sweat. You’ll be leaking the stuff- the odor strong enough to ward of any potential devil-esses. Some people believe that it will improve your workouts, however, none of that can be proven- even after many scientific studies.
Caffeine
The caffeine here is a good move on their part, and deserves its spot in the Sidewalk Kraka formula (for whatever it is worth.) The dosing is a little high- especially for people who are new to the whole supplement game. People who don’t consume caffeine on a regular basis can expect themselves to feel twitchy with 300 milligrams of caffeine running wild inside of their system.
Eria Jarensis Extract
Eria Jarensis Extract is a known alternative to a substance called DMMA. DMMA is something that has been blocked by the FDA, and although Eria Jarensis Extract is legal- the fact that it is in the Sidewalk Kraka formula is fucking troubling.
As an ingredient, it has not proven to be effective- outside of being compared to DMMA- which is believed to cause numerous negative side-effects.
Buy Sidewalk Kraka
Price: $30
The price for this supplement would be pretty fair- if it actually worked. However, even coughing up the average price- at 30.00 US dollars, is a lot more than I would be willing to give. It contains 30 servings per container- leaving you a whole month of mildly-effective pre workout benefits. You should be able to purchase it from most online markets, costing a little less if you buy it in bundle.
Side Effects of Sidewalk Kraka
With the Sidewalk Kraka comes a lot of unwanted side-effects. Side-effects that would turn everyone off from actually taking it. It’s a lot of risk, risk that could easily beavoided if you were to take a supplement that didn’t have such aggressive ingredients.
- Beta-Alanine is known to cause harmless paresthesia- inciting a ‘tingly’ sensation that many find uncomfortable.
- If you don’t want to experience fish-breath, avoiding Choline is the best thing to do.
- Caffeine is a popular ingredient, but any noob looking to take Sidewalk Kraka should prepare themselves to feel twitchy and expect energy-crashes.
- Other ingredients like Eria Jarensis could cause anxiety, racing heartbeat, headaches, dizziness, and nausea.
Sidewalk Kraka Review, Results and Expected Effects
I won’t hesitate to call this supplement, subpar at best. Whilst it should provide a certain level of muscle gain- helping you get more out of your workouts, there is a chance that this might not even work for you at all.
Not only that, but the Sidewalk Kraka comes with a lot of hangups, side-effects that you could definitely avoid if you were to take one of the better supplements out there. So would I recommend someone take this? Absolutely-fucking-not.

A fairly expensive pre workout that might cause some problems due to it's high beta alanine dose.
