Instaflex vs Move Free Buyers Guide
Protecting joints is crucial, but with so many joint supplements on the market, choosing which is best can be hard. Our Instaflex VS Move Free article will review the ingredients, cost and dose of both Instaflex and Move free. And see if either is as good as the current best rated joint supplement – Physio Flex Pro. (Clue, they’re cheaper, but they’re not as good…)
Let’s take a look at both Instaflex and Move Free and find out which joint supplement will work best to reduce joint pain and ease your movement.
What is Instaflex?
Instaflex is a dietary supplement that can be taken to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and function.
Instaflex is formulated to provide joint support for those who are experiencing discomfort or limited mobility due to joint pain. The ingredients in this supplement are intended to help with the performance of the joints and work with the body’s natural mechanisms for producing collagen.
As we age, our bones tend to lose elasticity which often leads to an inability to move as fluidly as we once could. We may experience pain or stiffness when moving or even just sitting still. Instaflex Joint Supplement is designed for adults who want improved joint comfort and mobility without taking prescription medications.
What is Move Free?
Move Free Joint Supplement is a dietary supplement that has been available in the market for more than two decades. The company is dedicated to creating supplements that are designed to help people with joint pain without the use of prescription drugs.
Many people are suffering from joint pain, especially when they get old. People who suffer from arthritis often have intense joint pain, and their movements become limited. They also have difficulty doing even the simplest of tasks like eating or dressing themselves.
However, many people don’t want to take prescription drugs because they’re worried about the side effects, which can include nausea and gastrointestinal problems. Luckily, there are natural treatments available that can be used in place of prescription drugs. One of these is Move Free Joint Supplement, which provides relief for people with joint pain without having to go through doctors.
Instaflex Vs Move Free Ingredients Breakdown
Move Free Joint Supplement is a dietary supplement that can help people with joint pain. It contains ingredients like turmeric, glucosamine, and chondroitin. It comes in 3 form, each not too different and no different in price. All 3 versions are slightly lacking in formula. You can’t see the doses and even if you could they are tiny.
Glucosamine is an amino sugar which helps the body produce glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), proteins that are essential for healthy joints. The other two ingredients, turmeric and chondroitin, are natural anti-inflammatories.
Glucosamine –
Glucosamine is a supplement that has been around for many years and it’s still used today to help with joint care.
Interestingly, glucosamine is not something that can be synthesized by the human body so it must come from dietary sources. In order to be effective, the proper dosage needs to be taken. The best way to ascertain how much you should take is from your doctor or from research studies.
Chondroitin –
Chondroitin is a natural supplement that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. One can easily find it in any drugstore, but it should be noted that the majority of the benefits are found in animal-based chondroitin.
For many people, joint pain is one of the most debilitating conditions because it significantly affects one’s ability to do anything they want to do. There are tons of treatments out there to help reduce the pain and keep it at bay for as long as possible. Chondroitin is a natural supplement that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. One can easily find it in any drugstore, but it should be noted that the majority of the benefits are found in animal-based chondroitin.
Turmeric –
Turmeric is a spice that has been used for centuries in Indian and Asian cooking. But more recently, it has been studied for its medicinal properties.
The inflammation-fighting potential of turmeric is what makes it a popular ingredient in anti-inflammatory medications, pain relievers, and supplements. It’s also been shown to have anti-cancer properties.
Turmeric also has a positive impact on joint health, which means you may be able to avoid taking over the counter or prescription medications by adding this spice to your diet.
Instaflex presents a problem with it’s ingredients.
The company does not disclose the ingredients or their amounts in Instaflex Joint Supplement.

Instaflex Joint Supplement is a product that promises to provide your joints with the necessary nutrients to stay physically active and healthy. The company doesn’t disclose any information about its ingredients or their quantities, which may be a potential drawback for some consumers.
The ingredients in Instaflex are patented forms, which means nothing. They may have trademarks and have studies, but the fundamental science and difference is likely negligible and the product of clever marketing. Below are the key ingredients.
Turmeric –
same as with Move Free!
Resveratrol –
Resveratrol is a natural compound found in red grapes, mulberries, peanuts and dark chocolate.
Resveratrol is a natural compound that has been known for its anti-aging properties and is also used to develop healthy skin. It is also thought to be beneficial in many other areas of bodily function including heart health, brain function, digestion and joint care.
In the research done on resveratrol, it was found to lower inflammation and help arthritis patients even though we still need more research to find out how it works. There are no known side effects of resveratrol so the best thing we can do is try some and see if it helps us or not.
Boswellia –
Boswellia, also known as frankincense, is a natural remedy. Frankincense has been used for centuries for many medical purposes, such as digestive disorders and respiratory problems.
The use of Boswellia may help people who suffer from joint pain and inflammation. Studies have shown that Boswellia extract can relieve pain and reduce inflammation in people with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Boswellia extract may also be effective in reducing pain and improving function in people with moderate to severe chronic back pain.
Collagen –
The benefits of collagen for people with joint pain are undeniable. With this supplement, they can achieve relief from the pain and inflammation that is caused by arthritis and other joint conditions.
The research shows that it is possible to get the same or better results when taking a supplement like collagen than when consuming food sources like meat. However, there may be certain risks associated with collagen supplements, such as stomach upset and diarrhea.
The Verdict on Ingredients: Both supplements have strengths, but neither are as bulletproof with formulation as our current favourite joint supplement. These two products have chosen rough doses, without fully looking at the science. And instaflex relies on fancy branded ingredients which do nothing more than inflate the cost and lower the dose.
Instaflex Vs Move Free Price Comparison
Move free is extremely cheap, but the product formula and quality reflect this. As dose the serving size. Each version is priced at around $20 + shipping. Making it an affordable option that will work over a long period of time, so we’d recommend buying 3 months.
Instaflex comes in around $69 which is costly for the formula, but its only so high due to the clever marketing of its branded ingredients.
The verdict: Both are not great value. With Move free weak, and Instaflex overpriced. Check Physio Flex Pro for a middle ground on price.
The Winner – Instaflex or Move Free?
When it comes to these products neither blows us away. In fact, we’d recommend you check out our favourite joint supplement here if you’re looking for something with high doses of proven ingredients.
While our favourite is expensive, it’s also the best product we have reviewed and personally we couldn’t put a value on what it did for us.

Between Instaflex and Move Free we’d b inclined tor rate Instaflex as our favourite, given the formula is slightly better and it has a better brand and feel to it. We didn’t get the results we expected from either though, so buy with caution.
