Vicky Justiz is someone that can’t be ignored. With her beauty, perfect physique, and her charismatic personality she has caught the attention of many people all over the world. She’s half-Russian and half-Cuban and had moved to America when she was very young.
She started off as an actress and songwriter, and now she’s making a lot of noise as an icon in the health and fitness world. Vicky Justiz became interested in fitness during her early 20s, making the decision to change the way she ate and worked out.
After a while, this became such a big part of her life that she decided to share what she had learned over the years through social media. Now, she’s certainly making a name for herself as someone that people can look up to.
Vicky Justiz Workout
There is a simplicity to the way Vicky Justiz works out, she uses what works for her when she needs it, showing her audience what they can do even whilst they are at home. In the beginning, she focused a lot of strength training, building up lean muscle with the use of weights.
Now she does a lot of at-home workouts that will help her keep her current physique without necessarily building up any more muscle. She uploads educational videos for her audience, that are easily duplicable, without necessarily spending lots of money on expensive gym memberships or workout gear.

Beginner Thigh & Booty Training Workout
- 30 Side to Side Lunges
- 8 Sumo Squats (with 20 bounces on only the last sumo squat)
- 20 Calf Raises
- 20 Calf Raises (with toes pointed outwards)
- 20 Kickouts (each leg)
- 20 Plank Hamstring Curls on each side
- 20 Fire Hydrants on each side (on the 20th, hold for 10 seconds)
AB Workout
- Hold in Plank for 30 secs.
- Plank twists (20)
- Bicycle Crunches (30)
- Side Crunches (20 on each side)
- Knee to Elbow Planks (30)
- Hip Raises (As many as you can)
Repeat the whole workout 3x for ideal results. Incorporate this workout into your daily routine
Vicky Justiz Diet
A big part of her ability to keep lean muscle has to do with the food that she eats. She eats enough protein to keep her muscles, as well as healthy carbs to give her the energy that she needs to maintain not only her workouts but her busy lifestyle as well.
She emphasizes the importance of keeping hydrated, not only to stave off the cravings you may have but also as a way of keeping your body healthy and happy.
Whilst she does warn her audience away from eating junk foods or foods that are generally just bad for you, she also understands that sometimes giving into your cravings will be the only thing keeping you sane, and for that Vicky suggests the occasional cheat meal.
Vicky does supplement some things that she feels she needs more of, like Liquid Cold-water fish oil, magnesium, zinc, and whey isolated protein. These are ingredients that are known to be effective specifically for keeping your body burning fat by boosting your metabolism, as well as boosting the testosterone levels in your body to keep you building muscle.

Ingredients
- 2(4 ounces) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Rinse, and pat chicken breasts dry. Spray small, shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish. Add chicken broth to dish.
- Bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
