Alvin Ailey said, “Each movement is the sum total of moments and experiences.” Our movements and other experiences leave an imprint on us that influences the next movement. _____________________ Doing strict gymnastics work with attention to detail means you get more bang for your buck. If you cannot complete the desired range of motion with good form, consider using a band, a spotter, or other modification. _______________________ Quality always matters, and particularly when you plan to take your strict strength work and apply it to dynamic work, or movement under duress. Train your body to maintain proper positioning and tension, or it’s not going to have effective transfer to the next step. #13thflow
