Demi Bagby is a hugely inspirational character within the fitness industry – achieving great things ever since Calisthenics became a part of her life. She grew a passion for sports from a very young age – taking part in various sports including soccer and cheerleading.

However, one day, things unfortunately took a turn for the worse when Demi suffered a serious back injury when she was participating in cheerleading. This meant that she came very close to suffering from permanent back problems. Or, in the worst case scenario, even paralyzed.

Due to the severity of her injury, it looked like her fitness journey would come to an abrupt end. However, she didn’t let the injury knock her back. She became inspired by CrossFit and Calisthenics athletes watching videos online, and she was determined to follow in their footsteps should she make a full recovery. Thankfully, she did just that! Ever since then, Demi has become a hugely popular star across social media, particularly on Instagram, where she has amassed a huge 622k followers at the time of writing.

She was told by doctors that she’d never walk again, but Demi certainly proved them wrong! She’s gone on to sculpt an incredible physique by following a healthy, well-rounded diet, in addition to taking part in regular workouts both in the gym and outdoors. Thanks to her fighting spirit, she has become a source of inspiration for many people across the world.

Demi Bagby has become renowned for her great flexibility and agility, which is hardly surprising considering some of the moves that she performs when taking part in Calesthenics style workouts. Her workouts contain a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises, all of which require Demi to continually build lean muscle mass in order to progress. Some of the moves that she performs regularly are pistol squats, muscle ups, backflip burpees, and more.

All of the exercises that Demi performs take an extreme amount of dedication and core strength in order to perform effectively. So, this proves just how hard Demi is willing to train in order to reach her fitness goals and take her fitness journey to the next level.

Demi follows a diet that ensures she fuels her intense workouts effectively. As she constantly performs demanding workouts such as CrossFit and Calisthenics, Demi must pay attention to her diet. She needs to maintain a strong core in order to perform her workouts to her greatest potential – following a balanced diet certainly helps with this. Despite this, she allows for flexibility in terms of she doesn’t restrict foods in her diet.
