Andreia Brazier Diet
Dedication is important when it comes to fitness, and that’s something that Andreia Brazier certainly has in stores. As a World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) competitor, a lot of Andreia’s life is spent with perfecting her already stunning physique.
When she had been younger, before she had even considered joining the WBFF, she had maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle. There wasn’t anything that would give anyone the idea that she was unhealthy, however, that didn’t mean she was happy with the way that she looked. She ate lots of carbs, and at some point, it seemed like she wasn’t going to get anywhere.
This is the very thing that woke Andreia Brazier up, that pushed her to do something, and not so long after she was competing and showing off her aesthetic body to the world.
Andreia Brazier Workout
Andreia Brazier is big on working out. In order to maintain a body like hers, that’s to be expected. A perfect mix of strength and toning must be paired with a good amount of cardio that would keep her body lean throughout the year. Usually, she works all week, leaving herself only one day for rest.
She believes in the “…train hard or go home” motto, however, it’s not her intention to persuade people to do it so much that they begin to hurt themselves. She’s also aware that sometimes injuries occur whether they are intended or not. When something like this affects your body, the best way to fix it is to let your body rest and heal.
The only time she ever pushes herself despite of an injury would be before competitions. When occasions like this occur, she’ll do what she can to work around her injury and make sure not to aggravate it further.
Here are two examples of her daily training routines, taken from here:
Saturday: Legs
- Stiff Legged Deadlifts 4×10
- Leg Curls 4×12
- Walking Lunges 4×60
- Leg Extensions 4×10
- Squats 4x 10
Sunday: Back/Abs
- Single Arm Rows 5x 10
- Pull Ups 5×8
- Reverse Fly’s 4×12
- Leg Raises 10×10
- Frontal Plank 5×15
- Bent Over Rows 5×10
Andreia Brazier Diet
Sculpting your body doesn’t require just a good fitness plan but a good diet as well. In order to build up her body and maintain her muscles, Andreia Brazier must meet certain standards. For example, a diet without protein wouldn’t help her at all.
If she had continued like before, when most of her meals consisted of carbs, then that would have impeded her growth even more. Fortunately, Andreia Brazier seems to have all that handled. She maintains large amounts of protein in her diet, and moderates the number of carbs she consumes.
Of course, much like any other person who is not new to the world of health and fitness, she’s set up things that worked for her. Her diet is definitely not static, she knows when and how to change things up depending on what she needs to achieve.
For example, her daily diet is different from the diet she upholds when it’s time for the competition.
