They do have some testimonials and reviews which is good, but other than that they seem to be a fairly new brand to both supplements and fat burners!

The supplement joggo run is supposed to increase your metabolism as you run. Running alone, burns a huge number of calories, and so further increasing that calorie burn isn’t a great idea. You could end up easily fatigued and do more harm than good if you go too far.

Some fat burners do work for runners, but these should be focused on rest and recovery, and not impacting your running performance.

When you run you should always eat clean carbohydrates that are easy to digest a few hours before. Along with some protein.

The ingredients in Joggo run have more in common with a pre workout than a fat burner frankly. And with an NO Booster (debatable benefits for running AND fat burning), caffeinated green tea and others, you’re not burning fat as much as imapcting your run.

It’s hard to find the full ingredients list on the Joggo site, but it’s below. Doses are middling and generally they’re quite secretive. They also say this fat burner is a custom formula for the answers you give on the quiz. But this also does’t seem to be true.

Further research needs to be done to determine if NO boosters are effective for fat loss, as current studies have been inconclusive.

We like the idea behind Joggo. But it’s an extremely expensive product and whilst its a good workout supplement, it might not be the best supplement for running performance.

There are plenty of better options for runners when it comes to burning fat and that are far less expensive than Joggo Runners supplement.
