Elm & Rye Fat Burner Review

Fat burners have gained a lot of traction in recent years, with products finding innovative ways to help you lose extra fat. Although nothing can replace a good diet and exercise, fat burners can help you shift weight in several ways:

  • Help your body to move stubborn fat from cells.
  • Increase your metabolism.
  • Curb food cravings.
  • Balance your blood sugar to reduce food cravings.
  • Help your body metabolize carbs and glucose.
  • Help your body to maintain muscle.

Depending on your body’s needs, some of these aspects might be more important than others. For example, if you suffer from food cravings, you may want to prioritize a product that helps balance your blood sugar. If you are trying to maintain hard-won muscle gains, you want a product that will support your muscles.

With these things in mind, how does Elm & Rye shape up? While it contains some good ingredients that help burn extra fat and reduce stress and inflammation, but the dosages are hidden. Without the dosages, it is difficult for us to know how effective this product might be. But let’s take a deeper look.

Here are our Top 5 Fat Burners, all of which are fully transparent and scientifically backed.

About Elm & Rye Fat Burner

Elm & Rye Fat Burner contains all-natural ingredients, but their dosages are hidden behind a proprietary blend, something we usually tell people to avoid. At $75 for a month’s supply, you are putting a lot of trust into this product, considering the lack of transparency.

They claim that their Fat Burner is “the gold standard of quality gaining credibility from some of the largest scientific journals in the world.” It is difficult to find what research they are talking about; perhaps it is the ingredients, which have been shown to be effective. However, without the dosages, we can’t know for sure.

Ingredients

We assess any product by looking at the ingredients. However, without the dosages, there is a bit of guesswork needed.

B Vitamins

B-vitamins are important for brain function, and they also help your body convert food to energy, which prevents the storage of excess fat. This is beneficial if you don’t get enough from your diet already.

Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine is known to boost the metabolic rate and increase energy. (1) However, the lack of dosage here is worrying as too much caffeine can lead to some pretty nasty side effects that are not beneficial to weight loss, such as stress and sleeplessness.

L-Theanine

L-Theanine promotes relaxed focus by stimulating alpha brain waves. (2) It works in synergy with caffeine to provide smoother energy.

Green Coffee Extract

Green coffee slows your body’s absorption of carbohydrates and stabilizes blood sugar to reduce food cravings. However, human studies are limited.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea is another well-proven fat burner and antioxidant. It has been shown to increase fat oxidization by as much as 17%! (3) However, this only occurs at the proper dose.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha reduces cortisol and inflammation. Both of which are beneficial to weight loss at the right dose.

Rhodiola Extract

Rhodiola is an apoptogenic herb that fights fatigue and stress. (4)

Coleus Forskolin

Forskolin promotes fat loss by boosting lipolysis and moving stored fat from cells. (5

Anything Missing?

This product contains some great ingredients, although it’s anyone’s guess if the dosages are at the levels needed to feel any effects.

There are no thermogenic ingredients to boost metabolism; muscle maintaining ingredients or chromium to regulate blood sugar. You will find many of these ingredients in the best fat burners

How to Use Elm & Rye Fat Burner

Elm & Rye comes at a month’s supply, and it is suggested that you take one capsule per day. As a result, any fat-burning effects will likely be short-lived. The best products tend to break the dosage up into capsules taken throughout the day. That way, your body keeps at high levels of fat-burning ingredients.

Customer Reviews

Elm & Rye Fat burner is a new product with few independent reviews. It was featured in Discover Magazine as the #1 fat burner. However, this seems a bit odd, as Discover had completely different products up to this point. Only to be replaced by 3 fat burners and only one with links to the manufacturer – Elm & Rye.

Why promote a brand that is not yet a respected player in the world of supplements? Especially considering the lack of transparency, high price and, dare I say it, fake reviews!

Elm & Rye only has 5-star reviews on all of their products. This is more than a little suspicious. The reviews date back all the way to January 2020, while the company and website were founded on December 25th, 2020.

Side Effects of Elm & Rye Fat Burner

Elm & Rye contains unknown dosages. One place this could be a problem is caffeine. Too much caffeine can cause an increased heart rate, shaking, anxiety, sleeplessness, nausea and elevated blood pressure.

If you suffer from any condition or take any medication, speak with your doctor before trying this supplement.

Price and Value for Money?

This product is only available on the Elm & Rye website in the UK, USA and Canada.

It costs $75 for a bottle of 30 pills (one months supply).

We will let you decide if this is good value for money. However, there are many cheaper products on the market.

The Good

  • Features apoptogenic herbs for stress reduction.
  • Some excellent ingredient choices.
  • Caffeine and Theanine work in synergy for clean energy.

The Bad

  • No ingredient dosages provided.
  • No supplement facts.
  • Fake reviews.
  • Completely new company with no previous track record.
  • $75 is a high price for what they are offering.

The Conclusion to Elm & Rye Fat Burner Review

Elm & Rye contains some great ingredients, but it is impossible to say whether they will be effective without dosages. Furthermore, some important ingredients are lacking.

The reviews appear to be fake, which is extremely worrying. At such a high price tag, we feel we need more to go with before recommending this product.
