  • Boiled meat

Sierra Syke Meal Plan

  • Breakfast

Sierra likes to start her day off with a smoothie. She adds a whole bunch of nutritional goodness to it. This includes almond milk, banana, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, maca powder, date, and flaxseeds. She tops it all off with protein powder – typically vanilla as it goes great with other flavors of the smoothie.

  • Lunch

Sierra’s lunch is heavy on the veggies. When she looks to get ready for a shoot, one of Sierra’s favorite foods for lunch are veggie wraps.

Wraps are made out of whole grains. Providing Sierra with some complex carbs. This is no big deal as she burns it off quickly in the gym. However, for those of you that steer clear of carbs, an alternative is a wrap from lettuce leaves.

Next up, Sierra warms up her wraps in a skillet until they are warm. Then she spreads a tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise on the wrap. She puts half an avocado, sliced cucumber, and half tomato on top. Finally, she sprinkles everything with black and cayenne pepper, as well as some broccoli sprouts which are chock-full of nutrients.

If she wants more protein, Sierra will add a bit of smoked turkey in the wrap.

  • Dinner

Sierra likes to have a light dinner. It consists of some fresh vegetables and lean sources of protein like chicken breast. Sometimes she’ll switch it up with Mexican tacos. These are made of corn tortillas, coconut oil, ground turkey, jalapenos, iceberg lettuce, salsa, and cheese.

Yes, Sierra eats something sweet and tasty once in a while too. What a surprise, right?

Her favorite sweet treat, by far, is ice cream.

“I don’t really have a strict diet. I just try to eat as healthy as I can naturally. Foods like beans, vegetables, fruits and all that type of stuff are foods I enjoy eating. But I do like to splurge and have pasta and pizza like everybody else.”
